The Zanesville boys and girls beat Lancaster in a South Central Ohio Conference match Monday at Tiki Lanes.
The Zanesville boys won 2,417-2,138 as Scott Gifford rolled a 234-427. Brandon Travis added a 203-397, Matt Devoll a 217-382 and Brandon Lear a 177-381 as the Blue Devils had Baker games of 244 and 246.
The Lady Devils earned a 2,027-1,742 victory as Patsy Tyo shot a 193-377, Tamaira Hina a 196-372, Erika Savage a 209-366 and Carmie Shook a 196-356. They had Baker games of 165 and 127.
Tanner Castle's 233-419 and Brandon Cooney's 265-419 led Lancaster's boys, and the girls were paced by Autumn Cooney's 175-325.
The Zanesville girls qualified for the final round of Saturday's Ohio Kick Off Classic before losing to the No. 1 seed, while the boys finished 19th. Devoll led the boys with a 603 series, and Savage paced the girls.
