Wadsworth leads the Colts past Huskies

Narae Wadsworth had 14 kills, seven digs and three aces to help Wooster's volleyball team defeat Reno in four games (25-23, 25-18, 18-25, 25-17) on Thursday at Reno.

Teammate Megan Biggs had 13 kills and 16 digs, while setter Katie Lawrence had 30 assists, five digs and five kills.

Reno's Morgan McGwire had 12 kills and 20 digs, while Hannah Hoogs added 11 kills.

Volleyball

SPANISH SPRINGS d. DAMONTE RANCH at Damonte: Hannah Meadows finished with nine kills, four aces and 30 assists to help the Cougars defeat the Mustangs in four games (25-13, 22-25, 25-14, 25-16) on Thursday.

Brandi Brucato added 16 digs and four aces for Spanish Springs.

BISHOP MANOGUE d. REED at Manogue: Mikaela DeRicco had 31 assists and two aces as the Miners defeated the Raiders in three games (25-22, 26-24, 25-18) on Thursday.

For Reed, Moriah Maluotoga had 11 kills and eight digs.

MCQUEEN d. GALENA at McQueen: Lauren Martinez had 13 digs and Kacey Fritsen had 12 kills to lead the Lancers past Galena on Thursday.

For Galena, Haeli Paris had 30 digs.
