Basketball roundup: Damonte boys down Manogue

David Crowley scored 21 of his 25 points in the second half to lead the Damonte Ranch boys to a 64-57 win over visiting Bishop Manogue on Tuesday night.

Teammate Brett Cooper added nine points, including a pair 3-pointers, for the Mustangs, who built a 16-point lead through three quarters.

Junior Remy Dillard led the way for the Miners with 16 points.

Boys Basketball

DOULGAS 70, WOOSTER 43 at Douglas: Hunter Myers paced the Tigers with 28 points, and teammate Austin Evans contributed 10 points, making two 3-pointers.

Deshawn Pughsley and JJ Harloff each scored 11 for the Colts.

SPANISH SPRINGS 71, NORTH VALLEYS 38 at Spanish Springs: Kenny Meyer scored 25 points and had five assists for the Cougars. Teammate Garrett Nauman finished with seven points and nine rebounds.

For the Panthers, TJ Pascual had 11 points.

Girls Basketball

SPANISH SPRINGS 64, NORTH VALLEYS 26 at Spanish Springs: Spanish Springs finished the game on a 24-0 run and forced 44 turnovers. Terrance Lanesha had a season-high with 12 points and seven rebounds. Teammate Riley Holladay scored 17 points.

For North Valleys, Haley Bowen scored six points.

MANOGUE 51, DAMONTE RANCH 26 at Damonte: Kelly Lujan scored 15 points to lead the Miners.

Morgan Waller had 14 for the Mustangs.

MCQUEEN 50, HUG 49 at McQueen: McQueen maintained its lead to start the fourth quarter and edged Hug at home. Megan Collins was the Lancers' top scorer with 14 points.

Mele Lotulelei led the Hawks with 21 points.

CARSON 62, GALENA 30 at Carson: Madison Preston and Madi Saarem each scored 11 points for the Senators, while Kaitlyn Hawthorne had 11 points for the Grizzlies.

DOUGLAS 64, WOOSTER 21 at Wooster: Diana Regaldo scored 14 points and Desiree Cage added 12 to lead the Tigers to the road win.

FERNLEY 43, INCLINE 42 at Fernley: Jordan King and Hope Stillmock each scored nine points as the Vaqueros rallied from a seven-point third-quarter deficit to earn the win. Incline's Molly Franklin had a game-high 17 points and Kerrie Tonking added 15.
