Three players scored in double figures for the Pine Forest High girls basketball team, and the Eagles surged past host Navarre 52-27 Thursday.
Jasmine McCants, Ty Purifoy and Jymetrea Jones all scored in double digits with McCants leading the way with 14 points. Jones and Purifoy added 11 and 10, respectively.
Freshman Nadia Fingall had 14 points, 15 rebounds and seven blocks to lead the Raiders (3-9, 3-6), who kept pace with Pine Forest in the first quarter to tie the Eagles 9-9.
But Pine Forest went on an 11-0 run to start the second quarter en route to a 15-point lead that the Eagles took into halftime.
The Eagles went on a 10-0 run to start the third quarter to put the game out of reach.

Wildcats top Milton
Latasia Crocker led Washington in a 47-34 win against visiting Milton.
Crocker scored a team-high 15 points and added six steals for the Wildcats (6-7, 5-4).
Crocker and teammates Tykiah Johnson and Jade Lewis had six rebounds each in the win.
Milton's Jayci Floyd had 12 points to lead the Panthers.

Dolphins edge past Jaguars
Shelby Pliska scored 14 points and Savannah Nixon had 11 rebounds to help lift Gulf Breeze over West Florida in a 48-46 win.
Down by four points at halftime, Gulf Breeze rallied in the third quarter to outscore West Florida 15-2.
Nicki Morse was two steals shy of a double-double with 11 points and eight steals for the Dolphins.
Jereka Ephfrom led West Florida in the losing effort with 16 points.

Last-minute goal lifts Dolphins
With the score tied 2-2 and less than a minute left to play, Gulf Breeze's Kiersten Edlund directed a cross from Allison Proctor past Milton's Randi Bass to earn a 3-2 win for the Dolphins on the road.
Edlund and Proctor produced all three of Gulf Breeze's goals, with Edlund scoring twice.
Sydney Morgan scored two unassisted goals for Milton (7-6-5), and Randi Bass made seven saves to keep the Panthers in contention up to the final minute.

Terrence Beasley, a senior foward and Pensacola High graduate, scored a team-high 16 points as the University of West Florida held on for a 68-67 victory against Shorter University at UWF Field House.
UWF's Lendward Griffin converted a jumper with 1:28 remaining in the game for the decisive points.

Freshman guard Dawuud Salaam scored a game-high 25 points as Pensacola State College tuned up for conference play with an 89-65 victory against Shelton State at the Hartsell Arena.
