Weekend Rewind: Enterprise scores unlikely TD before half

The craziest videos from the weekend that was in high school football.

Enterprise (Redding, Calif.) lost to Paradise (Calif.) 42-41 during the regular season. The Hornets got their revenge in the CIF Northern Section playoffs, knocking off the Bobcats 36-35, in large part thanks to this incredible play before the half.

The Enterprise quarterback fakes a pass before handing off to senior running back Brad Woods, who bounces off a couple of defenders and flips the ball to teammate Taylor Angley-Holman while being tackled. Angley-Holman takes the impromptu pitch in for the score, giving Enterprise a one-touchdown lead at the half.

Skyline Gets Tricky
Skyline (Sammamish, Wash.) quarterback Max Browne is no slouch; in fact, he's committed to USC. But in Saturday's playoff game against Camas (Wash.), Browne let wide receiver Matt Sinatro show off his arm. Sinatro threw two touchdown passes to Nic Sblendorio on double-pass plays in the Spartans' 51-28 win.

Basketball Interlude
As a reminder that basketball season is upon us, here's a teacher making a long 3-pointer as part of a halftime promotion. His reaction is almost as good as his shooting form is bad.

Nice Catch
Here's Brookside Christian (Calif.) wide receiver Edrico Oliver Jr. going up to pull in a pass during a win over Forsthill in the Sac-Joacquin Section Division VI championship.
