West Monroe (La.) offensive tackle Cameron Robinson, the No. 1 offensive lineman in the class of 2014 according to Rivals.com, has committed to Alabama.
The 6-foot-6, 320-pound Robinson, a preseason American Family Insurance ALL-USA selection, made the announcement on ESPNU.
"The next four years, you'll see Cameron Robinson," Robinson said as he grabbed an Alabama hat out of a bag, "at the University of Alabama."

Robinson is the second elite national prospect from Louisiana to choose Alabama over LSU in three years. Dutchtown's Landon Collins, the second-ranked safety in the country and No. 1 prospect in the state at the time, signed with Alabama in February of 2012. He committed to Alabama just days before the BCS national championship game between LSU and Alabama.
"I developed a really good relationship with the coaching staff, and I felt real comfortable," Robinson said of his decision to commit to Alabama.
LSU is expected to continue recruiting Robinson, which is common for schools as national signing day in February approaches.
