Summer Heat: Strengthen commonly weak muscles

As summer winds down, the fall sports season heats up. Whether your goal is to maintain summer training gains or prep for a winter sport, we’re here to help.

Every day this week we’re rolling out ways to build strength, improve agility and run and lift more efficiently.

Bergen Catholic (Oradell, N.J.) strength coaches Dave Cavalluzzo and John Ciurciu, who are helping add to the school’s legacy of athletic success, share their training expertise with exercises, drills, tips and techniques as demonstrated by premier Crusader athletes.
