Katie Ledecky is the youngest member of the U.S. Olympic team, but the 15-year-old swimmer hopes to be remembered for something else. Ledecky will swim in the final of the 800m freestyle today. at 2:45 p.m. ET. It's the only event for the rising sophomore at School of the Sacred Heart (Bethesda, Md.) and she's a contender to medal.

In other swimming action, Missy Franklin and the U.S. 4x100 medley relay team qualified for the final. Franklin will race in the 200m backstroke finals at 2:30 p.m. ET.
