The Scoop: The Minimus 20v3 is made for off-field cross training. The design is barefoot-inspired, made to complement the foot’s natural motion by flexing in every direction.

The bottom of the shoe features a VIBRAM outsole that wraps up the lateral and medial sides of the shoe. This is especially ideal if your workout calls for speed and agility training, as the low profile helps you feel closer to the ground.

No-sew construction and welded seams on the upper portion of the shoe contribute to its lightweight feel and are also used to reduce the chance for chafing. Another plus, the shoe is odor resistant.
