Humphrey had 35 tackles and three interceptions to help Hoover go 15-0 this season and win the state 6A title for the second consecutive season. At Alabama, he is expected to be joined by two other 2014 recruits who are ALL-USA first team players in offensive lineman Cam Robinson of West Monroe, La., and defensive end Da’Shawn Hand of Woodbridge, Va. Humphrey finished second in the 110-meter hurdles at the World Youth Games in Ukraine this past summer.
