The Scoop: Basketball season hasn't yet arrived, but with signature kicks like the Rose 773 dropping, it’s hard not to get excited.
Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose recently unveiled his newest signature basketball shoe, which integrates some tech features as seen in his previous sneaker, the Rose 2.5.
Built with a triangular memory foam collar, the Rose 773 keeps your foot locked down so you'll feel supported and comfortable when sprinting, jumping, landing and changing direction.
A tech feature called Sprintframe reinforces the construction to keep the shoe lightweight.
On the design end, “773” denotes Chicago's area code (Rose’s hometown). The shoe tongue is stamped with “Rose”, and his jersey number (1) is marked on the front of the toecap. The heel features the 2011 NBA Most Valuable Player’s signature.
Available in 11 colors, you can cop a pair online or at Foot Locker.
