The Scoop: To celebrate the release of Green Day’s latest album, ¡Tré!, the Grammy Award winning band and Converse teamed up to create a limited-edition high-top sneaker.
The Tre Chuck Taylor All Star features an eclectic screen print design of the album cover. Hypnotic blue and teal stripes canvas the shoe’s body, while printed red graphics layer black laces. The word ¡Tré! is marked on the right ankle, and “Green Day" is stitched on a black label across the shoe tongue.
The shoe is the third and final launch of Converse's special Green Day shoe collection, which also includes an "Uno" and "Dos" sneaker, each denoting the band's first and second albums of a trilogy.
