Arkansas high school girls basketball team wins 88-0

1:45 PM, Nov. 15, 2012 EST

After making their first basket on Monday, the Hall (Little Rock, Ark.) Lady Warriors had all the points they'd need against Fair (Little Rock, Ark.) in their girls' basketball season opener. They'd tack on 86 more for good measure.

That's right, Hall won 88-0, and before you cry foul about poor sportsmanship, consider this: Hall coach Selita Farr pulled her starters four minutes into the game.

The Lady Warriors, who didn't employ their usual full-court press, led 28-0 by that point.

MORE: When should you take the foot off the gas in a blowout win?

"You just try to go out there and play hard," Hall senior Tyler Scaife told KTHV's Jessica Duff. Scaife led all scorers with 20 points, all of which presumably came in those first four minutes.

You can't fault Hall's reserves for playing hard, can you?

(Thanks to Prep Rally for the heads up.)
