ALL-USA Selections on the San Francisco 49ers


We're taking a look back at players in this year's Super Bowl who were American Family Insurance ALL-USA selections in high school. Today: the San Francisco 49ers. Previously: Baltimore Ravens ALL-USA selections.

Randy Moss, WR, DuPont (Belle, W.Va.) - 1994
In addition starring on the football field, Moss teamed with Jason Williams on the basketball court and was twice named the West Virginia Basketball Player of the Year.

Leonard Davis, OL, Wortham (Texas) - 1996
Like Moss, Davis was also a basketball standout in high school. He led Wortham to a state title in 1997.

Ahmad Brooks, LB, Hylton (Woodbridge, Va.) - 2001
Brooks played linebacker and running back in high school, helping the Bulldogs to two state titles. 

Tedd Ginn Jr., DB, Glenville (Cleveland) - 2003
Ginn was the 2003 American Family Insurance ALL-USA Defensive Player of the Year.

Alex Boone, OL, St. Edward (Lakewood, Ohio) - 2004
Boone was a three-year starter at St. Edward and played in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
