NBA superstar Dwyane Wade and Beijing-based apparel and footwear company LI-NING have partnered for the creation of WADE, a new signature line of athletic footwear and apparel, which will debut in the United States in 2013.
The line will include a signature "Way of Wade" basketball shoe that is expected to launch around the 2013 NBA All-Star game.
Wade will lace up in exclusive LI-NING sneakers for two upcoming Miami Heat pre-season games this week in Beijing and Shanghai against the Los Angeles Clippers.
