ROSEMOUNT, Minn. - The Rosemount football team defeated Lakeville South 20-7 to advance to the next round of the section tournament.
It was the matchup of the 4th and 5th seeds as Rosemount and Lakeville South battled all game long. Defense was the name of the game and the Cougars couldn't manage any sort of offense against the stingy Rosemount defense. Rosemount advances to the next round with the 20-7 win.
