Section 3-6A: Eastview 42, Burnsville 14

APPLE VALLEY, Minn. - The Eastview Lightning defeated the Burnsville Blaze 42-14 in their opening round matchup of the section tournament.

Eastview blew the game open in the first half, taking a 35-7 lead heading into the second half. Lightning quarterback Henry McClarron connected with Amari Kennedy for a 52-yard touchdown pass to start the third quarter. The Lightning defense dominated the Blaze all game long. Eastview advances to the next round of the tournament with the win.
