ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn. - The 4/5 match-up in 3AAAAA was between Bloomington Kennedy and St. Louis Park. And it ended up being a fairly high-scoring affair.
After a slow start in the 1st quarter, both teams found the end zone a lot in the 2nd quarter. In fact, they scored a combined 6 touchdowns in the 2nd quarter, and at the break, St. Louis Park led 28-22.
The Orioles kept punching it into the end zone in the 3rd quarter. And they would end up pulling away just enough as they beat Bloomington Kennedy 42-29.
St. Louis Park moves on to the next round where they'll play top-seeded Apple Valley.
