HOPKINS, Minn. - Two teams that are battling for the top spot in the Lake Conference got together on Friday night as Hopkins hosted Edina.
And it was a slug-fest between these two teams.
The two teams traded touchdowns in the first half, and at halftime the game was tied at 14-14.
But in the 2nd half, it was all Hornets. Edina scored 10 points in the 2nd half and that was the difference as they got the 24-14 win.
Edina moves to 5-1 on the season, while Hopkins falls to 4-2.
