BLOOMINGTON, Minn. - The Apple Valley boys' basketball team defeated Bloomington Jefferson 89-77 Friday night.
The Jaguars started the game out strong, jumping out to a 12 point lead midway through the first half when Tim Larson knocked down a three pointer. But the Eagles made a comeback and closed the half on a 35-8 run. Tyus Jones scored 24 points as the Eagles came from behind to beat the Jaguars 89-77 final.
