The GISA AAA baseball final four is set and two Macon schools will battle for a spot in the finals on Friday.
This will be the fourth meeting between Tattnall and Mount de Sales this season.
The Cavaliers are 14-11 after pushing past Bulloch Academy and Southland.
"We're excited about playing in town with our cross-town rivals, Tattnall Square," said MDS head coach Marc Lipson. "Most of these guys have played each other growing up and we're just trying to prepare ourselves to do what we do best and hopefully we'll show up."
Tattnall gets the advantage of playing at home on Friday. The Trojans are the defending state champions and hope to repeat for the first time since winning state titles in 2008 and 2009.
Joey Hiller's team is still working back from a 14 inning win over Tiftarea on Saturday.
"We knew going in that Tiftarea was really, really good and that it was going to take a great effort by our team. That's why we do the things we do. We've worked these guys so hard this year and prepared them for that moment."
Game one of the series is Friday night at 6.
