Nicholas Laureano of Lexington Catholic didn't want to talk long after winning the 1,600 meters at the boys' Class 2-A Track and Field Championships on Friday night at the University of Louisville's Cardinal Park. "I just wanted to defend it," he said after repeating as champion in 4:22.74.
