JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-- Wolfson High school basketball coach Bruce Rosebrock is playing to win on and off the basketball court.
This Jacksonville legend has another outstanding Wolfpack team this year but he's facing even bigger challenges. About a year ago, "Rosey" was diagnosed with a very rare form of sarcoma. That diagnosis came just before his team played in the Final Four.
We first profiled this long-time basketball coach during the summer when he was going through chemo. He's been making significant progress in his recovery since then, but one of the side effects during his fight with cancer has been the loss of some of his eyesight. Thankfully his long-time assistants sit by his side and basically deliver him the play by play, and then he adjusts on the fly.
