JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- First Coast News has found another participant in our 4th Annual Slam Dunk Contest. As you'll see in the video clip above, Kenny Council, a senior from North Florida Educational Institute, is a worthy contestant.
We're still gathering video of all of our contestants, so voting in this contest won't begin until Sunday, January 20th.
