ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- St. Augustine High School quarterback Sandon Mims has thrown for more than 2,000 yards and 26 touchdowns this season, but his accomplishments off field the field are more impressive.
The senior has a 3.8 GPA, and he's a member of the National Honor Society. This all-around good kid also takes his grandmother to church every Sunday.
Mims and the Yellow Jackets are undefeated this season. They host (9-1) Ridgeview in the first round of the playoffs on Friday.
