JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Providence junior Jo Bistrow was recently voted as the top high school girls basketball player in the area.
This past season, Jo averaged nearly 20 points per game and made more than 50 percent of her three point attempts.
Basketball runs in the Bistro family. Jo's younger sister Belle is also a very talented player. Their mom, Gigi, is the Lady Stallions long-time head coach.
Both Jo and Belle have spent lots of time in the gym over the years. All of their practicing against each other is paying off as they are statistically the top two 3-point shooters on the First Coast.
