Celeste Edwards hit four 3-pointers en route to a game-high 31 points as host North Central won its Holiday Tournament with a 47-37 victory over Springboro (Ohio) on Saturday in high school girls basketball.
The victory got the Class 4A defending champion Panthers (5-5) back to .500 and gave them back-to-back wins for the first time this season. Jenny Degraff led Springboro with 21 points.
In other action at North Central, New Albany downed Warren Central 53-44 in the consolation game.
