A Brett Kasper 3-pointer gave the Two Rivers boys basketball team a 3-0 lead and the Raiders didn't trail the rest of the way in a 64-43 home win over Kewaskum on Friday night.

The win was the Raiders' fourth in a row and sixth in their last seven games.

Kewaskum (6-9, 3-6 Eastern Wisconsin Conference) committed seven turnovers in the first quarter as Two Rivers (9-5, 4-4 EWC) jumped out to a 15-8 lead at the end of the first quarter.

The Raiders led by as many as 14 points in the first half but a 10-0 run by Kewaskum made it 22-18 with a little less than three minutes left in the second quarter. Two Rivers responded, though, with a 7-0 run and at halftime it led 31-22.

The Raiders came out strong in the third quarter -- making six 3-pointers for all 18 of their points -- and led 49-34 entering the final frame.

Two Rivers was led by Brett Linzmeier who had 14 points in the first half and a game-high 27 points, five rebounds, four assists and four steals with three 3-pointers. Linzmeier is now 39 points away from breaking the all-time scoring record for Two Rivers.
