The Golden Demons beat Wheat Ridge 48-46 in a JeffCo league game Friday night at Wheat Ridge.
A last second shot was no good and Golden held on to beat their rival and improve to (9-5, 5-1). They play at Evergreen on Tuesday.
Wheat Ridge falls to (3-12, 2-4) and they will play Alameda on Wednesday.
After the game Golden fans celebrated on the Farmer's court. When that celebration spilled in to the hallway a brawl broke out. Multiple students were involved and police responded however no arrests were made.
