Kent Denver beat Holy Family 48-44 in a Metro League game to win the conference title.
It was not only a match up of the top teams in the Metro, but also the top ranked 3A teams in the state.
The Sun Devils finish the season a perfect 8-0 in the Metro, and 18-1 overall. Holy Family finishes 7-1, and 16-3 overall. Both teams will contend in the 3A state bracket.
