Fairview beat Monarch 60-51 Thursday night in a Front Range league game at Fairview High School.
Austin Sparks led the way for Fairview with 21 points and 10 rebounds.
The win clinched sole possession of the Front Range title for the Knights who finish 15-1 in the league and 20-3 overall. They head in to the playoffs on a 12 game winning streak.
Monarch finishes 18-5 overall with a 13-3 league record, good for a 3rd place finish in the Front Range.
