Maryland Basketball Standouts Make American Family Insurance ALL-State Team

On Monday, USA TODAY High School Sports released its American Family Insurance ALL-State Boys' Basketball teams. Check out the list below to see who made Maryland's roster!

Aquille Carr | Princeton Day | Senior | Guard | 5-7, 150
He may only stand 5-foot-7, but "The Crimestopper" plays big, putting up nearly 28 points per game as a senior.

Dion Wiley | Potomac | Junior | Guard | 6-4, 200
The most highly touted junior in the DMV, Wiley earned All-Met first team honors from the Washington Post after a season in which he averaged 17.9 points, 8.3 rounds and 6.4 assists per game.

Marquis Wright | North Point | Senior | Guard | 6-1, 180
The Maryland Gatorade Player of the Year, Wright averaged 16.6 points, 6.1 assists and 3.9 steals to lead the High Eagles to the state semis.

Malachi Alexander | Eleanor Roosevelt | Senior | Forward | 6-7, 220
Averaged 12 points and 10 boards in leading the Raiders to the 4A title.

BeeJay Anya | DeMatha | Senior | Center | 6-9, 275
The Stags' latest star is a double-double machine who has signed with NC State.
