Rock Hill, SC (WLTX) -- The Irmo Yellow Jackets traveled up to Rock Hill to take on powerhouse South Pointe, falling 17-10.
The Stallions got on the board first with a field goal on the opening drive. South Pointe would add a touchdown courtesy of C.J. Pendergrass, giving South Pointe a 10-point lead.
Irmo would answer on a halfback pass from Trey Suber to Andre Jamison making it 10-7 at the half.
The Jackets would tie the game on a 41 yard field goal by Ben Hinson.
Irmo will continue life on the road next Saturday at Myrtle Beach.
