Columbia, SC (WLTX) --- Dutch Fork Defensive lineman Jamar Winston benefitted made the jump from the North-South game to border battle that is the Shrine Bowl.
After an injury to Pendleton's Michael Hill, Winston was called up to fill the roster spot. Winston had no big plans for the game. He planned to make his family and school proud. "Dutch Fork all day," he added.
Winston and the South Carolina squad beat the northern rivals Saturday to a tune of 23-19.
