BUFFALO, N.Y.- Bishop Timon-St. Jude advances to its first Manhattan College Cup since 2004, edging St. Joseph's 60-58.
The Tigers (12-13) opened up a 10-0 lead to start the game and got a big performance from senior Demone Harris. St. Joe's (19-6) powered back in the second half but couldn't overcome the deficit.
Bishop Timon-St. Jude has not won the Cup since 2001, when it beat Turner-Carroll, 91-63.
Bishop Timon-St. Jude will play Canisius in the Manhattan College Cup Championship on Wednesday, Feb. 27 at the Koessler Center (Canisius College).
