ATLANTA -- The new edition of the USA Today Metro Atlanta Super 25 Girls poll is here. A team that leaped to number 3 in the nation is riding in the top spot this week.
The North Gwinnett girls brought back the title from the Naples Holiday Shootout along with a perfect record and the number 3 ranking in the country.
North Gwinnett Coach Bryan Sellers says his team is focused on playing in the final game, the state championship game. Standing in their way is region rival Norcross. The Bulldogs and Blue Devils meet next Wednesday night and are one and two in this week's poll.
Parkview, Wesleyan and North Cobb complete the top 5. Tucker, Buford, Columbia, Stephenson and Greater Atlanta Christian round out the top 10.
