Height: 7-foot-1
Weight: 245 pounds

Athletic achievementHe led the Falcons to a 27-5 record and the state Tournament of Champions this past season. Towns averaged 21.3 points, 14.3 rebounds and 5.6 blocks per game. A First-Team All-State selection, he is a member of the Dominican Republic National Team and is rated the nation’s No. 5 recruit in the 2014 class by ESPN. 

Academic excellenceTowns has maintained a 4.07 GPA. 

Exemplary character: He has served in his school’s student government and has volunteered locally on behalf of youth basketball programs.


“He’s the most dominant player I’ve seen come through Middlesex County in my 15 years of coaching,” said Edwin Santana, coach at Perth Amboy (N.J.). “He can consistently shoot threes from NBA range, he scores off the dribble and he’s an enforcer in the paint.”

THE FUTURETowns will be a senior next year.
