USA TODAY's 30th Anniversary American Family Insurance ALL-USA Team

Every American Family Insurance ALL-USA selection since 1982 was eligible for inclusion on the following 30th anniversary team, which was selected by Jim Halley based on the players' full careers. Note: The team was selected prior to the murder charges against Aaron Hernandez.

OFFENSE

QB | Jeff George | 1985 | Warren Central | Indianapolis, Ind.
Played in 13 NFL seasons and won the Sammy Baugh trophy at Illinois.

RB | Emmitt Smith | 1986 | Escambia | Pensacola, Fla.
NFL’s All-time leading rusher is in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

RB | Thurman Thomas | 1983 | Willowridge | Houston, Texas
Hall of Fame running back made five consecutive Pro Bowls and was the NFL MVP in 1991. Only player to lead league in total yards from scrimmage in four consecutive seasons.

RB | Adrian Peterson | 2003 | Palestine | Palestine, Texas
Former consensus All-American at Oklahoma has been a Pro Bowler in five of six seasons and rushed for 2,097 yards this season, just nine yards short of all-time record.

Five-time Pro Bowler won two Super Bowls with the Dallas Cowboys.

Four-time All-Pro played most of his career with the Cincinnati Bengals.

OL | Orlando Pace | 1993 | Sandusky | Sandusky, Ohio
Seven-time Pro Bowler was a consensus All-American at Ohio State.

OL | Leonard Davis | 1996 | Wortham | Wortham, Texas
Three-time Pro Bowl player is currently with the San Francisco 49ers. He was also a consensus All-American at Texas.

TE | Aaron Hernandez | 2006 | Central | Bristol, Conn.
Has 18 touchdowns in his first three seasons in the NFL. Won a national title and was an All-American at Florida.

WR | Randy Moss | 1994 | DuPont | Belle, W.Va.
Seven-time Pro Bowl receiver was NFC Player of the year in 2003. Set League record for most touchdown receptions in one season in 2007 with 23.

WR | A.J. Green | 2006 | Summerville | Summerville, S.C.
Two-time Pro Bowler already has 18 touchdown catches in just two pro seasons.

K | Sebastian Janikowski | 1996 | Seabreeze | Daytona Beach, Fla.
2011 Pro Bowler holds NFL record for most 60-plus yard field goals.

Was a consensus All-American at Oklahoma and a three-time All-Pro.

DL | Haloti Ngata | 2001 | Highland | Salt Lake City, Utah
Was a consensus All-American at Oregon and a four-time All-Pro with the Baltimore Ravens.

DL | Sam Adams | 1990 | Cypress Creek | Houston, Texas
Former consensus All-American at Texas A&M was a three-time Pro Bowler and played on Baltimore Ravens' winning team in Super Bowl XXXV.

LB | LaMarr Woodley | 2002 | Saginaw | Saginaw, Mich.
Won the Lombardi Award at Michigan, was an All-Pro in 2009 and has played on two AFC champion teams.

LB | Derrick Brooks | 1990 | Washington | Pensacola, Fla.
Two-time consensus All-American at Florida State made 11 Pro Bowls and was the Associated Press NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 2002.

LB | Jessie Armstead | 1988 | Carter | Dallas, Texas
Played on two national championship teams at Miami and was a five-time Pro Bowler.

LB | Chris Spielman | 1983 | Washington | Massillon, Ohio
Two-time consensus All-American at Ohio State was a five-time Pro Bowler.
