Brown, who transferred to Oscar Smith after two seasons at Indian River (Chesapeake, Va.), has 17 sacks in two years despite missing most of 2011 with an injury.


Reuben Foster

College: Auburn
Foster, who switched his commitment from Alabama to rival Auburn this summer, had 185 tackles (144 solo) and 14 sacks for Troup County (LaGrange, Ga.) in 2011.

Hand, who had 21 sacks last year, is considered the top player in the Class of 2014.

Vernon Hargreaves III
